The art of making soba is very important to Japanese cuisine. Shogetstuan (松月庵), is a family-run soba restaurant with a long history of soba making. Their skilled staff will kindly show you how to prepare soba from flour. 

You’ll first learn how to knead and cut soba noodles using special soba-making tools. After this, your soba will be cooked and served with delicious soba sauces and seasonings. Sit down and enjoy your very own handmade noodles!

These soba noodles are made with a special blend of local Yamizo soba flour, which has been tried and tested since 1885 and is an elegant and flavorsome fine soba.
