Cancellation Policy
To Our Valued Guests Considering a Stay
Oasis Oarai can accommodate only six groups per night. Because of the advance preparation required—such as ordering ingredients and arranging staff—a single cancellation results in a significant loss for our facility. To ensure we can continue to provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask all guests to carefully plan their trip and manage their health before making a reservation.
Cancellation Fees
COVID-19
In the event of a COVID-19 infection, we understand this is a difficult situation, but cancellation fees still apply. However, you may reschedule your stay without any change fee if you notify us by the day before your stay.
Typhoons and Severe Weather
If a typhoon directly impacts the area, we may decide to close the facility. In such cases, we will announce closures on our official website by 10:00 p.m. on the day before your stay.
Please note that cancellations made in response to early forecasts (before our official decision) are still subject to cancellation fees, as typhoons often change course. If we decide to close, no cancellation fee or change fee will be charged.
Unexpected Accidents or Emergencies on the Day of Stay
If you notify us by 3:00 p.m., you may reschedule your stay with a 50% change fee (official documentation of the accident is required). After 3:00 p.m., 100% cancellation fee applies. An invoice will be issued, and prompt payment is requested.
Cancellation & Change Fees
From 7 days before (after 3:00 p.m.) → 20% fee
From 3 days before (after 3:00 p.m.) → 50% fee
Same-day cancellation → 100% fee
Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if their behavior disrupts the comfort of others. For example, we have had cases where a group became excessively drunk, threw a companion into the pool, and disturbed other guests’ quiet enjoyment. In such situations, no refunds will be provided.
We sincerely ask for your cooperation so that all guests at Oasis Oarai can enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
