We are an experienced exporter with a track record of shipping to over 17 countries, including the US, France, and Singapore. Pure Water & Local Terroir

清らかな水と地元のテロワール
日光連山から湧き出る清らかな地下水を、濾過することなくそのまま仕込み水として使用しています。地元の有機栽培米や栃木県独自の酒米「夢ささら」などと組み合わせることで、この土地ならではの滑らかで透明感のある味わいを生み出しています。

We brew using pristine, soft groundwater from the Nikko mountain range that is so pure it requires no filtration. We pair this with organic local rice and Tochigi-exclusive varieties like Yumesasara to create a smooth, clean flavor profile that defines our region.

Sanran Yamahai Junmai

Bo: Junmai Daiginjo Omachi

Characterized by a refreshing Muscat grape aroma and the uniquely rich, lingering finish of Omachi rice. Bottled unfiltered (muroka) to capture the vivid, direct umami of the grain, this sake brilliantly balances youthful freshness with profound depth for a truly modern tasting experience.
