By Public Transport

Via Jomokogen Station (Joetsu Shinkansen) *2hrs to 2hrs 30min from Tokyo

Take the Joetsu Shinkansen and get off at Jomokogen Station (1hr 10min). Take the bus to JR Numata station (30 min). Walk 25-minute or take a taxi/bus to Numatashi Undo Koen (Numatashi Sports park / 沼田市運動公園) from the station.

Via Numata Station (JR Joetsu Line) *2hrs 15min to 3hrs from Tokyo

Take the Joetsu Shinkansen to JR Takasaki station. Change to JR Joetsu Line (via Shin-Maebashi station) bound for Minakami station, and get off at JR Numata Station. Walk 25-minute or take a taxi/bus to Numatashi Undo Koen (Numatashi Sports park / 沼田市運動公園) from the station.

By Car

Via Tsukinoyo IC on Kanetsu Expressway

Approximately 5 minutes from the Tsukinoyo IC on the Kanetsu Expressway.

(We highly recommend using public transport due to heavy traffic and limited parking space during the festival)
