From Katsuta Station (JR Joban Line)
1) There is usually a special shuttle (bus) service during the Nemophila season.
2) You can also take a bus from bus stop No. 2 and get off at “West Gate” or “South Gate.”
3) Or take a taxi to Hitachi Seaside Park West Gate. (Approximately 15 minutes)
By BUS
From Tokyo Station (Yaesu Minami Exit / Yaesu South Exit)
Take the Ibaraki Kotsu expressway bus bound for ‘Katsuta/Tokai(勝田/東海)’ and get off at Kaihinkoen Nishiguchi(海浜公園西口) (Approx. 2 hours)

Via Hitachi Seaside Park IC on the toll road at the end of the Kita-Kanto Expressway
Exit at the Hitachinaka toll road at Hitachi Seaside Park IC and drive for 2 min.
