  • 30 min by Bus (25 min by Taxi) from Tobu Utsunomiya Station. (Total 2hrs 30min from Tokyo).

By Public Transport

Via JR Utsunomiya Station (Total from Tokyo 1 hrs 45min)​

Take the Shinkansen (Bullet train) from Tokyo to JR Utsunomiya Station (50 minutes), then take a local bus or taxi to Wakatakenomori Wakayama Noujyo’s Bus Stop (35 minutes) and walk a few minutes.

 

Via Tobu Utsunomiya Station (Total from Tokyo 2 hrs 30min)​

Take the Tobu Railway to Tobu Utsunomiya Station, then take a local bus or taxi to ‘Wakatake no mori Wakayama Noujyo’s Bus Stop’ (30 minutes) and walk a few minutes.

By Car

Via Utsunomiya IC on Tohoku Expressway (2hrs 15min)

Approximately 2 hrs 15 min (135 km) via Tohoku Expressway from Tokyo. It’s a 10-minute drive from Kanuma IC on the Tohoku Expressway.
