This race is not merely a 🏃🏾running event but brings runners, 📷tourists, and the local community together. You’ll see that in the opening ceremony which introduces the 😍beautiful traditions unique to Nikko, including ✨mesmerizing taiko performances.🎵

Temple bells signal the start of the race, as you take off from the ⛩️Nikko Toshogu Shrine. The highlight of the race is its course — 🏃🏾dash through gorgeous 🍁🌰sceneries of Nikko, and run past marvelous World Heritage sites!
