By Train: Take the LRT train (tram) from JR Utsunomiya Station (JR宇都宮 駅) towards Haga (はが)and get off at after 40 min at Haga Industrial Park Management Center (芳賀町工業団地管理センター前) and take the bus across the road to Haga Onsen Roman-no-Yu (芳賀温泉ロマンの湯) which is where Michinoeki Haga is. (Total 2 hours 15min from Tokyo).
