Indeed, the rainy season☔ can get quite gloomy, but there’s still plenty of reason to smile😊 and enjoy the day! Hydrangeas are a symbol of Japan’s rainy season☔  and are cherished for their huge variety of colors and shapes✨.

Every year around June, the Howaen Garden becomes exceptionally colorful and pretty with its 6000 hydrangeas💐! After taking your time spotting the different gradations of blue💙, pink💕, and purple💜, stroll through the surrounding 🎀Mito Romance District🎀, where cultural events like tea parties🍵 and haiku readings are held. Without a doubt, people in Japan really know how to enjoy every distinct season😊!
